I was born and raised in Michigan, where I spent 22 years before moving to Austin, Texas. I now respectfully live and work in my present home on Treaty Six Territory, "Edmonton, Alberta, Canada".
I’ve been an avid student of the Enneagram since 2005. Introduced to the tool at a young age at a critical time of my self-development, it became evident that the times in my life where I felt the most clarity, guidance, and sense of connection to myself and others was directly correlated to the times I was actively studying and using the Enneagram.

In 2015 I earned my BA from Kalamazoo College where I studied Human Development and Social Relations (HDSR). This interdisciplinary degree introduced me to the core concepts of anthropology, sociology, and psychology needed to understand the complex and dynamic nature of being a social species. Meanwhile, my campus culture introduced me to the roots of equity and justice work that have become my guiding values.
I graduated with distinctions on my senior thesis: a 322 participant research study on the relationship between the Enneagram and the SCARFⓇ model.

Since graduating, I have worked in the non-profit sector, specializing in gender and sexual diversity.

I am a Certified Coach through the Deep Coaching Institute, which teaches the Enneagram, presence-based coaching practices, and deep connection to our three centres of intelligence: Body, Heart, and Mind.
I was compelled to join the coaching field out of a passion for bringing this powerful tool into the hands of every person possible, so I could do my part in creating a kinder, more empathetic world.
