Coaching by Donation and Sliding Scale
It is important to me and my anti-oppression values to make coaching using the Enneagram as accessible as possible to anyone who is committed to seeing transformational change within themselves, their relationships, and the world.
Historically, self-development and growth opportunities have only been available to those privileged enough to afford it and/or who have had the luxury of free time.
I know that creating a future where everyone has the opportunity and resources to thrive means reducing as many barriers as I can within my own business.
This is why from the inception of Katherine Ring Coaching, I have offered coaching on a sliding scale/donation basis, and by trading services.
In particular, I prioritize supporting members of equity-seeking identity groups (such as IBPOC, 2SLGBTQPIA+, Disabled folx, etc.) and non-profit and service sector staff.
To access coaching by donation, first we have a free, brief virtual intro call to get to know each other and to explore your personal goals, which you can book here or below.
Afterwards, you will use this page to access the Paypal donation button (yellow, below), where you can pick a price that is sustainable for you to commit to for each of our 60 minute, one-on-one coaching sessions.
