The Enneagram, Equity, and Justice Workshops
The Enneagram and Equity and Justice work will always be inherently and naturally connected, as we recognize and respect that there are diverse ways that each of us view and experience the world based on the identities we hold.
This workshop centres engaging in our natural gifts, values, and to create ripple effects of change in our world.
Working with the Enneagram, we can try on other lenses and perspectives. When we recognize and respect that there are diverse ways that each of us view the world, we can extend that empathy beyond just type--into recognizing ways that our privileges and disadvantages have given us different experiences of the world--both giving us each a unique perspective and highlighting the ways we disproportionately treat others. In this way, the Enneagram and Equity and Justice work will always be inherently and naturally connected.
