Service Description

This complimentary 20 minute virtual consultation will include sharing a bit about each other, discussing what type of coaching relationship you're looking for, and reviewing your goals and expectations to see if we are the right fit. Should we agree to establish a coaching relationship together, we will schedule our first session and I will send you the intake form to complete in advance of our sessions. Should we decide we are not quite the right fit for one another, I will happily offer whatever resources and recommendations I can to assist you in finding the type of supports you're looking for. Cancellation Policy

I have reserved the time of our scheduled session for you. I am flexible if you need to reschedule your call or in-person session, and I request at least 24 hours notice so that I may make that time available to others. Barring severe emergencies, missed calls or in-person sessions without advanced notice may not be made up. There may be a time when I am forced to reschedule as well, but I’ll let you know as far in advance as possible.
